Learning to love my bike again...

I injured myself. Here I was working out, feeling strong, running longer than I had ever ran (which given still wasn't that far but I was proud) and doing great. Everything felt good. Then the unthinkable happened. I injured myself. 234

It all started with my left hip and eventually moved down my leg till it rested in my left ankle. There it has stayed. Keeping me from wearing heels, keeping me from running and even making walking hard on me. 28
