I finally decided to do T25. If you have never heard of it, basically it is an intense fitness program where you give 25 minutes of your all 5 days a week. Shaun T does the program, he also does Insanity and Hip Hop Abs. There are phases and you start out in the Alpha phase. Which is where I am starting today, my first day of T25, and my calendar says cardio. I am so freaking nervous but excited. It is a video, so I can pause it if it gets to be too much and of course there are modifications....
